Earthafying exists to bring people together across cultures and borders — one shared moment at a time. We're all from here. To keep this a kind, safe place, everyone agrees to a few simple things.

Community Guidelines

• Be kind. Treat everyone with respect, whoever and wherever they are.
• Everyone here is 13 or older. If you're under 13, you can't use Earthafying yet.
• Share your own world. Post your own photos and moments — not other people's private information.
• Keep it safe for all ages. No nudity, sexual content, or anything that sexualises a person — and absolutely nothing that sexualises or endangers a minor.
• No harm. No bullying, harassment, hate, threats, violence, or content that encourages self-harm.
• No spam, scams, or illegal content.
• Adults and young people. Adults must never use Earthafying to contact or pressure a minor inappropriately. This is taken extremely seriously.
• Speak up. If something worries you, look out for each other and report it. We review concerns with human care.

Breaking these guidelines can lead to content being removed or an account being closed.

Terms (the plain version)

• You're responsible for what you post and how you behave here.
• You keep ownership of your photos. By posting, you give Earthafying permission to display them inside the app so others can see your moment.
• Earthafying is offered free, as-is, during this early phase — things may change or break as it grows.
• We may update these guidelines and terms. Continuing to use Earthafying means you accept the latest version.

Your privacy (short summary)

• We collect your name, email, date of birth, and the moments you choose to post.
• We use this only to run Earthafying — your account, the feed, and connections.
• We do not sell your data, and Earthafying shows no ads.
• Your data is stored securely through our service provider.
• You can ask to delete your account and your data at any time.

Your data, plainly explained. No legal fog — this is exactly what Earthafying does and doesn't do with your information.

What we ask for

• Your name — so people know who's sharing.
• Your email and a password — to sign you in. Your password is scrambled (hashed) before it's stored, so nobody — not even us — can ever read it.
• Your date of birth — only to check you're 13 or older. It's never shown to anyone.
• Your country — optional, and only if you choose it, shown as a small flag by your name.

That's it. We deliberately ask for as little as possible — the less we hold, the less there is to worry about.

What's public

Earthafying is an open, public space by design. Your posts, photos, comments, appreciations, your name, and your optional flag can be seen by other users. Please only share what you're happy for the world to see.

What we never do

• No ads.
• We never sell your data — to anyone, ever.
• No tracking you around the internet.
• No private messaging exists here — that's a deliberate child-safety choice.

How it's protected

Everything travels over an encrypted connection (the padlock in your browser). Accounts, posts, and photos are stored with Supabase, a professional database service, and the site is served by Vercel. When someone shares music, the player comes from that platform (like Spotify), and our lettering loads from Google Fonts — those services see the usual technical basics (like your device's address) when your browser loads them, the same as on most websites.

Your rights

Your data is yours. You can see it, correct it (in the Me tab), or have your whole account and everything in it deleted — just email us via Help & Support and it will be done within 30 days, no questions asked.

An honest note

No website on Earth can truthfully promise "100% secure" — so we won't. What we promise instead: we keep what we hold small on purpose, we protect it with proper tools, and if anything ever goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you honestly and quickly.
